Family Camp at Camp Wapo, February 28-March 2, 2025
Join us for a mid-winter (almost spring!) weekend of connection and relaxation!! We’ll head to Camp Wapo, about an hour and a half away, in Amery, WI. We’ll have time to unwind, play, worship, and experience Sabbath rest. There will be some “programming,” but most of the time will be for outdoor activities, games, movies, and more. So don’t worry! This is not just one more jam-packed weekend. Carve out some time for your family and to be with your Prairie Lutheran Church family. You’ll be glad you did!
Here is everything you need to know:
- Dates: Friday, February 28-Sunday, March 2, 2025
- Time: Arrive on Friday between 7:00 and 8:00 PM, leave on Sunday by 12:00 PM at the latest
- Location: Lake Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp: 738 Hickory Point Lane, Amery, WI
- Transportation: You are responsible for your own transportation to camp!
- Lodging: We will be in a lodge that has several rooms for participants. Rooms include multiple beds (most can sleep 6 or 7) and private bathrooms. There will be shared lounge space and a shared kitchenette.

Cost: The cost for the weekend, which includes lodging and three meals on Saturday as well as brunch on Sunday morning is as follows: However, please note that there is a $325.00 family maximum, so no family will pay more than that!
- Adults: $100.00
- Ages 12-17: $70.00
- Ages 3-11: $60.00
- Under age 3: Free
- Who: You get to define “family” for yourself! If you have children, if you are a couple, or if you are an individual who just wants to spend time with other families, you are welcome! This is for the entire PLC family!
